Self Care Voyage Cancelation and Return Policy

At Self Care Voyage, we are committed to providing you with high-quality wellness products and excellent customer service.

If you have not received your order within 6 weeks after it was placed, please contact us at info@selfcarevoyage.org so we can track your order and make it right.

Opened or used wellness products are not eligible for return due to health and safety reasons.

If you wish to cancel your unshipped order, please email info@selfcarevoyage.org. We will issue a full refund upon cancellation.

If you have received your order but changed your mind, you may return unopened items in resellable condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the condition and process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and fees from their destination country. Self Care Voyage is not able to refund these charges.
